Boxing Equipment

Boxing for exercise is about moving constantly and quickly, and it trains more than just your upper body.  Of course punching will work your arms and shoulders, but boxing gets your lower body involved too and provides for a real full body workout.  If you're just after a fitter, healthier body then all you need is to do is get moving and keep moving, ideally while building some muscle at the same time.  The more muscle you have, the more energy you burn at rest, which will help to stop that fat coming back!  Boxing can be a really enjoyable way to workout and there are many DVDs out there that combine elements of boxing with fitness training to help you get started.
