Resistance Bands and Tubes

Resistance bands are simple, stretchy bands that can be used for a range of exercises.  The strength of the band can vary, and you can further increase the resistance by using a shorter piece of the resistance bands, for example by wrapping it around your hand.  A great advantage of resistance bands is how small they are.  You don't need much space to keep them in, and you don't need lots of space to use them either.  Just an excellent fitness accessory that can go with you anywhere.
